California Legal Pro Cal?

Good Morning, Newbie here. Was wondering if the was any real time frame for the Procal tune becoming California legal? Ford Bronco Raptor question only. If i missed this being discussed please excuse> Just haven’t found a real answer. Service tech had no clue. Thanks in advance.

Has been illegal in California for some time?

Never was legal. 49 states legal. Has to be CARB certified . Apparently that takes some time. 2.7 engine now yes, 3.0 Raptor nope. Hoping for an answer from some in the know. Got a couple 3-4 months…3-4 months go. Thanks
