Tailgate weight capacity?

Hi,
I was wondering whether anyone knows the weight capacity for the tailgate? I was looking at the option to add a few external fuel cans. The easiest would be to mount on the spare wheel. I'm just not sure what the added weight would do to the hinges. Any input?

I don't know what the weight capacity is, but I have seen several tailgates carrying massive spare wheels, jacks, light bars, and so on. So I do believe Ford made them strong enough to hold alot, knowing owners would add stuff.
