If you ordered the standard graphics you need to change them to delete or advanced. Supposedly Ford will change it automatically to delete and credit you $100 if you want to roll the dice, lol. I just changed to the advanced graphics that have steadily been growing on me.
Pretty sure Ford said the end of May ordering for 2023 Bronco Raptor and probably all Broncos will open again. I thought this round was closing on the 24th, maybe they sold out early?
After hearing what changes Ford made to the 3.0L's turbo's, intake, heads, induction, and exhaust systems specifically for the Bronco Raptor I'm cautiously optimistic they didn't do this for a 10hp gain.
This ADM thing is weird, as payola for buying a cool vehicle that I don't need I agreed to replace my wife's aging X3 with an I4, we were sitting in salesman's office when he brought up an additional $5K for Market adjustment. I thought my wife was going to punch him, then he said his manager...
"Material hold" sounds like o regular Bronco order, that's typical for hard tops, trailer hitches and chips. Are you sure he changed it to a Raptor and didn't act as if you declined the Raptor order?
I'd probably just stall him until closer to the 24th, the cutoff for orders and tell him I'm trying to scrape up the extra money. If you are going to purchase it anyway the wait won't have any bearing on scheduling but might make the dealer sweat. Just don't tell him no unless you mean it...
351w SVO block bored & stroked to 408ci, 9.75:1 compression pistons, Aluminum heads, roller lifters and rockers with Holley Sniper injection. Probably a little much for an Early Bronco, lol.
They are all allocations, but Ford decided to give the earliest reservations that have not been scheduled sort of a first right of refusal. That sale happens at the dealer you had your reservation at, if you don't want the Raptor you can just continue with your original order and the dealer...
It's separate from their own but they don't lose it if Golden Ticket holder declines. Only guideline is Ford "suggests" the dealer offer it to the next timestamp in line. So it belongs to the ticket holder if he wants it and comes to a price agreement.
If you don't have a "golden ticket" and a dealer is putting in an order for you it could be entered as his stock and selling it to you from his allotment. You might not get a confirmation from Ford until you buy it.
