I totally get keeping the setup inside for weather protection, especially for folks who don't or can't regularly take the top off (I do and can). You're right, my external mount is more of a niche choice for my use case and then there is the height thing. Mounting 6+ feet up gives great distance visibility, but it's not ideal for close-up detail. Definitely something others should factor in depending on whether they need broader coverage or more detail around the vehicle. Appreciate the perspective!</p></blockquote><p></p>
