    Customer service told me I had been converted to a 2023 on September 9th. No idea on what date I’m getting converted to a 2024.

    Maybe, but Ford has developed an impressive track record with the turbo charged engines. There’s some outstanding numbers on some seriously worked trucks out there!

    They’ve closed out 2022. Best I can understand is I’ve be shuffled down the list because I ordered from a smaller dealer. I’ve got to jump through more hoops on the the 12th to get my 2021 order converted to a 2023 order(after converting to the Raptor in March).

    Yes. Not helpful at all. Pleasant people answering phones, but almost no useful knowledge. They say contact dealer. Of course dealer has no knowledge beyond what’s available on the internet.

    Definitely a farce! I have been a loyal Ford customer for over 40 years but I would seriously consider other options.
